Too Poor for the Big Day Out Party.

The Australia Day Weekend promises to be a huge one at the Manor with the Second Annual Too Poor for the Big Day Out party. Please click the above link to see the invite for the party.

Thanks to Spongy winning a bet with Claw; the French Canadian; Jimmy Birch; Fino and Dave Philpot, the Manor will be putting on a couple of kegs; Fino's famed Bin of Death; a spit roast pig and plenty of cherries for the pip spitting competition. Should be a huge day.

September.

Basketball will be starting again soon. Now that the Aussie Rules football season is over, we will commence playing basketball on Wednesday nights at HK Ward gym At Sydney Uni. Watch this space for date and time for the first session.

The highlight of this basketball season should be the Spongy V Mick Moten show down in the battle of the short, fat men who really want to be tall, fat men. Moten has been talking trash all year about how good his post up game is - Spong has just been talking trash all year. Also watch out for the silky skills of the new lean, mean Claw machine. Word has it he has commenced the previously successful "I'm not eating" diet to get down to his basketball playing weight of 55kgs.

Word has it that Fat Tan may also show up just to prance around in his new "cool stuff" and show off his gut for the ladies.

November.

Keep the first weekend in November free for the Manor house warming / Fino, Spongy and Goose birthday party - together they are turning 87. Details and invitations to follow.

December.

I'm sure they'll be general boozing at the Manor some time in December to celebrate whatever needs to be celebrated.
